Jordan Spence makes NHL debut with Kings

In the midst of an impressive rookie season for the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League, in which he ranked 3rd among all defensemen and 1st among rookie defensemen leaguewide for scoring, Jordan Spence made his NHL debut as a member of the Los Angeles Kings on March 10th against the San Jose Sharks. Spence logged 14:23 and finished even on the night, notching 2 shots on goal.

Prior to his call-up, Spence had been taking the AHL by storm as a rookie, notching 42 points in 46 games (4 goals, 38 assists), good for 3rd in team scoring. Born in Manly, Australia, Spence was selected in 4th round (95th overall) by the Kings in 2019.
